I like Asian dramas. A lot. 🙂 I am Chinese, so watching Taiwanese and Mainland dramas is easier for me because I don’t have to rely solely on the subtitles (although I’m not exactly fluent, but thanks to watching dramas, my Chinese is pretty good). I didn’t start watching Korean dramas until a while after because I had this stubborn issue with watching them. I had the mindset that I was watching TW and C-dramas to better my Chinese vocabulary, but that if I watched Korean dramas then it really would be wasted time. However, a few of my friends convinced me to try one, Secret Garden, and it was quite good, and so I looked for more, and whataya know? There are quite a few good ones. 🙂
So: this post will be updated regularly because I will be posting what dramas I am currently watching.
If you decide to check some of them out, then enjoy!

Hello Lalaladdy 😀
I just want to say, “Queen In Hyun’s Man is awsome!”
Watch it xD
ohhhh, is it really? hehehe okk then i will add that to my list of catchup dramas to watch! lol i kind of started sungkyunkwan scandal and reply 1997 like last week, and then all the dramas i am still watching lollll it is a tough load with schoolwork haha. i will definitely watch it though, thank you! ^^
There’s a movie length “prequel” to the TW series Blacki & White. Caught it in Taiwan last year. Worth a look if you haven’t seen it. Mark Zhao stars, with just about everyone else in it except Vic Zhou (after his falling out with the director) and Ivy Chen.
Love your reviews.
oohhh, yeah i saw posters for it while i was in china this summer! i had been hesitant to watch it because it didn’t have vic zhou, since vic zhou and mark chao’s bromance was dabestttt. but i will watch it, thank you for suggesting it!
and aahhh i feel so guilty though because i haven’t been writing reviews for dramas lately at all…. but i think i’m going to try to go back towards doing drama reviews or recaps or w/e after second semester starts 🙂 thank you so much!
oh and also, if you like mark chao, he was in a movie this summer that i really liked, called Caught in the Web, 搜索. if you haven’t seen it you should check it out! 🙂
Thanks for the suggestion about Mark’s film. Will definitely look out for it. I totally agree about the bromance between the leads of the original Black & White. But I decided to go and see the film prequel Dawn of Assault (which I reviewed on Neveridol) while we were still in Taipei. It was fun to see it up on the big screen at Vieshow near Taipei101.
Yea, I hope you do return to reviewing dramas. I really enjoy your comments.
Oh my you must try Bridal Mask!(: It is epic and I really am at a loss of words to describe it. If I had to describe it in a few words: awesome, heroic, suspenseful, touching. You should really watch it, then write a review on it. 😀
ahh, then i’ll make sure to add that to my list of must watch dramas then! ahh, it’s forever getting longer ahahah 🙂 eeeep i’ll try! i’m counting on second semester hehe ^^ thank you for recommending it!
Haha yay!(: omg I’m glad that you’re going to be watching Flower Boy Next Door too! It’s such a perfect little drama that I’m really enjoying currently. 😀 How is Shut Up! Flower Boy Band for you right now?
aahhh omg yes i’ve seen so many gifsets of flower boy next door and it seems to be teaching life lessons too, for being more social lol i need those tbh hA
shut up flowre boy band is good!!!! progress has been slow the last few weeks b/c of school, but now i’m on episode 15 hehe almost done! omggg, the beginning was quite good, but now it’s kinda trailed, but the songs are so good, and wow eye candy indeed hehe 😀
You need to watch Fated to Love You! The Taiwanese one, although they recently made a Korean one.
Hey C: love your blog. I’m learning mandarin so is there a website that i could watch these on too?
